Problem Note 56837: You are unable to save a task to the Task List for a case or subject in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
SAS Enterprise Case Management might not save an item that you add to the Task List for a case or a subject. When the problem occurs, the SAS Enterprise Case Management log file contains the following error:
java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "date value"
The problem occurs when the date format of the web browser locale is different from the date format of the locale in the SAS® Preferences Manager. To work around the problem, ensure that the date formats of the locales are the same.
